I need to praise Andrea for her outstanding qualities, which include her sense of duty and loyalty, her high standard of care and commitment towards her residents and her kindness and her efficiency. She has a wonderful rapport with [her clients] and it was clear that they trust her. Andrea is an asset to Mary’s Home and I would be delighted if any of my friends or family were looked after by someone like Andrea.
